-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **The Central Indiana Chapter of Delta Waterfowl message board, hereinafter called The Forum, is a private Forum. Membership in the Forum is a privilege granted solely and exclusively by the Forum. Privileges may be terminated at any time, at the sole discretion of the Forum, and without notice.
Posts appear on the Forum as they are entered. It is impossible to monitor each post in real time. The Forum will strive to ensure that all posts are polite, professional and conform to a "G" rating due to an absence of violence, sexual content and strong language.
English is the language of the Forum. Posts using a language other than English must include a full and complete English translation.
Posts containing personal attacks or harassing, inflammatory, vulgar, abusive, threatening, sexually-orientated, hateful, or obscene language is prohibited on this Forum. Posts violating this prohibition will be removed. A member who violates this prohibition may be banned from the Forum. This prohibition includes attempts to alter words or phrases to avoid technical violation of the rules. The Forum will act more harshly toward those who intended to achieve a violation of the intent of the Forum rules by "typing around the censors".
The Forum expects and encourages the lively exchange of ideas and opinions. The Forum also expects these exchanges to be free of rancor and personal invectives. The rules are simple and clear for all. Be polite or be gone.
Do not post any private messages or private email on the Forum. These messages are intended by the author to be private. Communication of this type may be posted by Administrators of the Forum if they deem it appropriate material for the Forum.
Opinions, comments and statements made or posted by members of the Forum are strictly those of the member. The Forum does not endorse or adopt any message hereon unless posted specifically by Administrators of the Forum. The Forum disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the content posted to the Forum by its members. The Forum reserves the right to delete any post at any time without notice. All original material posted to this site becomes the sole property of the Forum and may be used in any manner and for any purpose the Forum may choose.
Use of this Board in any manner constitutes acceptance of the rules and of this disclaimer.

Let's see if I can make this simple.
First off, almost everyday I have to make a judgment call, sometimes right, sometimes wrong and many times somewhere in between. Life goes on no matter what. I might also miss some questionable stuff on the forum that I would pull sometimes. That is because it may be buried in the middle of a 40 reply post that got very boring after the first 3 replies. When I miss something, but catch yours and remove it or you, just know that life will still go on. I am NOT here to delete questionable posts or replies or edit your replies over and over, I am here for the same reason as you…to have a good time. Constantly having to edit the same people gets older than old. It will stop..
1. Nothing that is perverted or obscene past the point of what we will allow our young children to sit in our laps and read will be allowed. This is a no brainer. Again some things might get overlooked and if someone sees something that objectionable, please let me know. The line had to be drawn somewhere and I did it when I started this site up. This will not change.
2. No questioning of how this forum is run or the decisions management makes on the Open Forums, which includes "Why was so and so banned" or "Why was this deleted and not this" etc etc etc. If you want to question a policy or a decision do it via PM. You may contact the administrator (Scott Johnson) or moderator (duckdolan). No matter how much support you may think you have DO NOT air problems on the forums for all to read. We will take your considerations and think on them. If you truly have support for something that you think is an outrage, have all your buddies pm us the complaints. We will take them all into consideration. May never make a change, but at least you can vent. How long do you think you would last in a company if every time a meeting or all company employees and stockholders was held you talked bad about how the company was being run and how you hated being there and how you disliked management.
3. This one is a toughie and a judgment call, but it has been made from day one and will not change....If your primary purpose for being here is to stir the pot, you will be removed. That line is VERY fine and when you step over it, I will make that judgment call.
4. We are not the "truth police" and will take no sides in a controversy by deleting what one side calls a lie unless it is readily apparent.
Everything I left out is still in the rules and regs. Please read them.
